System Information

The L.I.F.E. System is an electrophysiological, biofeedback instrument that attempts to identify and record subtle, informational “stress triggers or potentials” provided by the client during the assessment procedure. The flow or blockage of this information reflects a profound system of communication that demonstrates a body/mind inter-connection and intelligence. The result is presented in the form of charts, numbers and text, making it easy for the health care provider to understand. The computer evaluates such responses, then, challenges the individual with that information by feeding it back to the client. The client uses this information as a self-regulating tool to re-define areas of stress in the body. This process assists the body’s self-corrective, natural defense mechanisms, by encouraging relaxation, balance and harmony. The entire process is safe, gentle and non-invasive.

The L.I.F.E. system provides and receives subtle, dynamic and quantifiable information through a 5-point harness system. This satisfies the needs of all perspective users and technicians.

A multiplicity of features is included within the L.I.F.E. system. Programs are designed to review stress responses at many levels. The 5-point harness system contains 8 LED’s (Light Emitting Diodes) that provide a full spectrum of color, (red, yellow, blue and green) used to influence and gently assist in the release of stress and tension.
The L.I.F.E. system is currently testing one of its most unique features in the form of Music Feedback. A Technician may select from nearly 100 instruments, a unique, musical, multi note tone which facilitates the course of relaxation and stress management.

Development of the L.I.F.E. System

The developers, Chris Keser and Michael Slivinski have combined their talents to produce the L.I.F.E. sytem. Chris is an American who has studied and taught Homeopathy for more than 30 years. He has worked with more sophisticated concepts of energy medicine and biofeedback since the 1990’s. Michael Slivinski contributed his experience in the field of electronics and data communications. In addition, Michael is also an accomplished, licensed Massage Therapist. Together with a group of programmers and engineers, they used their combined experience and talents to commence with the development of  the L.I.F.E. biofeedback system. Over a period of four years, they wrote a totally new multi-lingual database and an easy to use graphic interface with all ancillary hardware.

Every component has been designed with the greatest degree of competency and integrity. In designing the system, traditional principles of stress management, from ancient Chinese traditions, to the emerging field of Quantum Dynamics were considered.

The L.I.F.E. system belongs to a second generation of biofeedback devices. This first generation included point probe devises, similar to the Mora and Bicom instruments. The L.I.F.E. System now combines traditional concepts of biofeedback into a comprehensive device which provides not only conventional methods, but the introduction of relaxation modalities such as light, color and music. The 5-point harness system is an innovative feature that removes the possibility of inadvertent control or interference by the technician operating the equipment. All information is supplied directly from the client.

The L.I.F.E. system also uses a revolutionary and proprietary Quad-mode entrainment (Calibration process) which facilitates enhanced communication with the client.

The development of the L.I.F.E. system required the integration of several components. The first step involved the construction of an entirely new database system that would not only include the most advanced programming functionality , but the inclusion of multi-lingual capabilities. Consequently, the L.I.F.E. System has adapted itself to the needs of the international community and is currently available in the following languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Other languages under development include Czechoslovakian, Polish, Portuguese and Russian.

Additional aspects of development included the purchase of thousands of substances, the licensing of other relevant programs and the development of a very unique 5-point harness system.

The goal was to develop a user friendly software interface system that was easy to use, easy to navigate and simple to learn; while at the same time maintaining  the complexities of a sophisticated Biofeedback system, which now includes such extraordinary features such as the Light and Music Feedback capabilities.

What is measured?

The information exchange is available via the harness system attached to the forehead, ankles and wrists. The harnesses are made of carbon impregnated rubber, which allows for very low current electrical communication through the computers USB port.

During the testing phase, a client’s reaction is measured in response to over 6900 separate items in 39 different categories. Each substance contains its own unique waveform which is displayed as a graphic image, also known as a fractal. The entire process takes approximately 4 to 7 minutes depending upon the processing speed of the computer. The computer calculates an average value of response between 0 and 2000, resulting in a list of values which numerically defines the client’s stress potentials. The highest values are displayed at the top of the scale and reflect the stress responses needing the greatest degree of attention. These computations are then used to help condition the client during the entrainment and feedback processes. Additionally, the inclusion of Music and Color, complement the entrainment and relaxation response. The accompanying text definitions are merely informational descriptions of the fractal that is associated with a specific item. They do not pre-suppose or predict any indication for disease, diagnosis or treatment related to the client.

The L.I.F.E system is the first biofeedback system of its kind, with a clinical double-blind study, that proves that the system works as intended.
